1.0 About Course

ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor course is the highest level certification for  Quality Management System Assessors! Learn how to audit QMS against ISO 9001:2015 standards in accordance with ISO 19011:2018. Upon successful completion, you will receive a CQI/IRCA Approved Certificate. You will also receive a certification issued by TCB as an IACET USA Accredited Provider with 4.0  IACET CEU for global recognition.

This course equips the professional with the knowledge & skills required to plan perform and report and follow up a Quality management system audit against the ISO 9001:2015 standard by ISO 19011:2018.

The CQI/IRCA-approved Blended Learning course is delivered in self-learning plus 24-hour guided Sessions (3 Days X 8 Hours/Day or 6 Days X 4 Hours/day ) . This comes with a CQI/IRCA Approved Certificate and 3.5  IACET CEU, granted by TCB Cert. Worldwide LLC, an IACET USA Accredited Provider as per ANSI /IACET 1:2018 standard.

3.0 Prior Knowledge Requirements

Learners joining this course must know the following Prior learning areas as required by CQI/ IRCA. IRCA does not accept clause-by-clause interpretation and explanation of ISO 9000/9001 standards during the lead auditor course however we have a short overview of these areas for a seamless learning journey in our course approved by CQI/IRCA

4.0 Learning Process

Registering and Getting Access to LMS.

From TCB website you can find a course by Using a filter or from the course category. Select a particular course. In the course page you will find a menu such as description, Curriculum, FAQ announcement, Reviews as well as Schedule. On the top right corner you will find the Fees in the green button.

From the schedule page, you will be able to find various scheduled Dates. Based on your convenience, you can choose a Program and Confirm by making a Payment by Selecting a payment option such as One Time Payment or Membership when applicable.

Course Delivery Method

This course is presented by TCB or its Approved affiliated Partners in Blended Learning Mode. in Two Stages.

Stage 1: Self Learning within 60  days Maximum followed by a fully tutor-guided session  conducted Virtually Live using MS Team/ Zoom or in person within the next 90 days

Upon registration, you will receive a set of standards (ISO 9000:2015. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018 for self-study along with online access to TCB LMS for 60 days. Upon completion of your self-learning component for gaining the Knowledge-Based Objective of CQI/IRCA Course Criteria, you will write the end of the self-learning examination to demonstrate your achievement. You will receive a Certificate of Training Completion and your readiness to join stage 2.

TCB will conduct brief revisions of prior learning areas, such as an overview of ISO 9001:2015,  Basic Terms and definitions, and areas covered in self-learning

For in-person tutor-guided sessions, the learners shall be provided with one set of books and study materials, case studies, and output forms. For Virtual Learning in Stage 2, the learners shall gain access to TCB LMS, download the Course materials, and print a copy for reference during the course

The delegated shall attend the full 24-hour tutor  Virtually Live Tutor-guided sessions. The course can be customized to be presented in three full days, 6 days X 4 Hours per day for the convenience of the learners. 5.0 Examination by CQI/IRCA. 

The learners will be enrolled for an online Computer-based examination directly conducted by CQI/IRCA. Upon registration, the learners shall receive unique learner numbers from CQI/IRCA in their designated email and two separate links for practice as well as the final exam.   The learners can practice online examinations for 30 days- up to 99 times to gain familiarity and time management skills. Within 30 days, the learners must write the final examination from their place of comfort.

The examination is Open Book, the learners can refer to the standards, Notes taken during the course, and a dictionary. The learners cannot use mobile phones and shall have no access to online resources, the computer screen of the exam taker shall be shared and the entire examination is recorded by the CQI/IRCA by a state-of-the-art AI-driven proctoring system to ensure the integrity of the examination process. The learners shall be available on their webcam during the entire duration of the examination with a microphone.

The exam duration is 1 hour 45 Minutes. For non-Native English speakers writing exams in English, 30 Minutes extra time is granted. There are five sections /modules and in all sections, the minimum Pass mark is 40% with an average score of 50% needed for successful completion of the course and certification. Within 10 days of writing the exam, CQI/IRCA communicates the results of individual learners to TCB.

TCB shall issue the electronic copy of the Certificates to the learners within a further 5 business days.

5.0 Examination by TCB

Upon completion of the training. TCB shall conduct an optional but complementary examination on the entire standard using a state of art software “Classmarker”. This is a fully Computer-based exam with objective type questions, single-choice and multi-choice,  subjective and essay-type questions,  mix& match, and true & false questions with a duration of two and half hours. The exam shall be proctored online live on a given schedule by a live proctor. The exam link shall be shared with a password. The learners shall write the exam and answers will be automatically saved even if not submitted by the learners. The learners can go back to improve or correct earlier answers and can move to the next questions by putting a simple “?” mark and flag the question to come back again. In this process, TCB will be able to assess the learning outcomes of each learner and provide individual feedback on their strength and weaknesses for them to know the areas of strength and areas that need to strengthen. This would be extremely beneficial for them to prepare even for IRCA exams even though the exam patter is quite different. The exam is an open book where the learners can refer to the standard and notes taken, dictionary except reference to online resources. Taking Picture of the screen and with the external device is prohibited. Learners can not Cut and paste, all answers have to be typed using a normal Keyboard. We recommend a Laptop or a desktop, a reasonably good speed 4G. Once the results are marked by the evaluators in the class markers software,  the learners will get their certificate in their email box instantly with 4.0 IACET CEU which is a global gold standard as per American standard ANSI/IACET 1:2018 standard
