About This Course and Examination

This course equips the professional with the knowledge & skills required to plan perform and report and follow up a QMS audit against the ISO 9001:2015 standard as per ISO 19011:2018 guidance standard for management System Audit. The computer based  examination  is conducted by CQI/IRCA while training is provided by an Approved Training Partners. The Exam can be taken at any day and time from anywhere in the world and monitored by an online state of art proctoring system. CQI/IRCA recommends to avoid Monday for the examination  as website maintenance are undertaken  .

The Exam Objectives

This retest opportunity is offered to delegates to give a fair chance who failed  to score pass mark  due to any reasons in the initial examination . At many instances Time management is a important consideration  .  Some of the challenges  the delegates must be aware of  and prepared to overcome is

There is no way to go back to previous questions .Learners  can not  skip and jump to a new question  without answering the current question.

Time management is extremely important because the learners have no way to know the complexity and the size of the upcoming question. We provide our learners a time line guidance -a very handy tool for managing time effectively

Proficiency in English is a consideration , CQI/IRCA grants extra 30 Minutes to Non Native English speaker. However the learners must be proficient in English and assess their English proficiency to take up the course/exam in English

This course is aimed at professionals who want to

  • Lead certification audits on behalf of certification bodies or
  • Develop management systems in organizations as a consultant.
  • Perform Internal Audit

Main Features of the Examination

  • This is an open Book Exam and all notes, ISO 90001:2015 Standard overview,  ISO 19011 and ISO 17021 can be referred
  • Only one retest is allowed and must be taken within a year of initial test .
  • There are 5 Sections with pass mark of 40% in each section while average must be minimum 50%
  • There are total 40 Question, and 80 Marks , objective type, Multiple choice , mix and match etc, There is no subjective questions
  • You can not refer and access online information
  • The learners must take a resit within a year of first exam
  • Delegates must apply for the retest through the training provider who offered the training
  • There is an Examination and Couse Levy Fees payable including Bank Charges .
  • Duration of the retest is 1 Hour 45 Minutes. Non Native English learners writing exam in English are entitled for 30 Minutes extra that the Training provider must request at the time of initial test as well as retest

Who should Attend ?

  • Only learners attending TCB courses either directly or through its approved affiliates can take up an exam through TCB
  • Learners from other ATPs MUST contact their training provider
  • Learners may take up a refreshment course and exam preparation guidance from TCB  yet have to apply through their Training provider
  • Those Participants who remained unsuccessful in the initial examination , in any of the 5 sections . Even if the average score is above 90% but one section is below 40% the result is unsuccessful. Also even every section minimum pass mark is achieved  however average is below 50% , the result is unsuccessful

Our Recommendation

  • Take the exams as soon as possible. ideally within a month
  • Thoroughly revise the course materials and resources provided by TCB
  • Identify a comfortable place  with adequate lighting free of noise  and disturbances
  • Use your computer you are used to to ensure normal speed with which you can work
  • Do not use mobile phones and Tabs for your exam
  • Keep the standards printed copy for ease of reference instead of searching in computer i=even though allowed
  • Do not take a break even though 10 Mins time is allowed.
  • Keep some refreshments next to you such as drinking water
  • Keep your smart phones and other devices away
  • Keep your Computer Camera and Sound system “on” always
  • Make sure the Camera Monitoring your face is always visible on your screen or else your examination may be disqualified
  • Write the exam after good rest
  • Keep our examination timeline guide handy in from of you .

Written Examination

You can write the final exam once you have attended the full course successfully delivered by your ATP. But you have to write exams within 30 days of training
Will be provided on day 1 by TCB, user ID, and password, The user ID is your email address
Objective type, Multichoice Questions open book exam.
1.Yes you can if you write exams in English if you are not a Native English speaker 2.Additionally if you have any physical challenges you can get some reasonable adjustment of time that you have to indicate in TCB registration form
You will get 10 Chances to log in during the time of the exam,You will start from where you left. Answers automatically saved
Yes. But we recommend not taking a break even though you have 10 Mins. You can’t go back and revisit earlier answers if you take a break
No. You will not lose time due to interruptions. A maximum of 10 interruptions are possible. We commend you insure your gorgeous taboo connection good Internet speed and a quiet place for your exam

ATPs will issue certificates with results provided by CQI/IRCA.Your Certificate will have unique Learners No issued by CQI/IRCA or Traceability
Provided by TCB upon receiving Exam results from CQI/IRCA which is typically 10 business days. TC shall issue the certificates within a further 1 Week. So you will get your certificate within 3 weeks latest from TCB. You will receive an electronic copy within 3 week. Yes. CQI/IRCA Charges a Course Levy fee which will be part of TCB fees. You pay. For retesting, extra fees of GBP 20 Plus GBP 25 as service charges and international Bank Transfer Charges

It remains valid lifelong. if you wish to take auditor registration with CQI/IRCA, the certificate shall be valid for 5 years from the date of the examination
No - you have to take an online exam only. However if you started your training before 7 Nov2022, you can use Paper based questions. Also retesting will be paper-based
There no online Live proctor. CQI/IRCA developed a robust system to conduct Artificial Intelligence powered CBT. The system can detect Plagiarism, Impersonation, and Collusion. The entire record of the examination is maintained by CQI/IRCA . Serious penalties are enforced. The delegates found involved in any malpractices may be barred temporarily or permanently at the discretion of CQI/IRCA
You can use a PC, Laptop, or Tab. No mobile phones are allowed. No camera. You can not take screenshots and /or take any picture using an external camera

You will be able to use TCB Logo as TCB Affiliated Training Partner in your promotional materials including websites. You cannot advertise your organization to be approved by TCB’s Accreditation and Approval Autthorities

One of the advantages is that your organizational Logo will appear in the certificates issued to the learners by TCB as the Affiliated Training Partner delivering the training.

In this arrangement you will pay a course levy fees to TCB which includes Examination fee per candidates.

This arrangement is applicable only for in person Class either in classroom, Client’s premises and hotel as applicable. Virtual Training cannot be provided by the affiliated Training partners.
