ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor course is aimed for auditors working in organizations preparing and maintaining Quality management system for compliance to ISO 9001:2015 standard. The course objective is to develop understanding of the purpose of Quality Management System, the content and interrelationship of ISO 9000, ISO 9001 and ISO 9004 and the application of the 7 Quality Management Principles and develop skill for auditing of their organizations.

About Course-

ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor training enables the participants to correctly interpret the ISO 9001:2015 requirements while assessing Quality Management Systems. This course develops competence to plan, prepare, perform and report QMS internal audits including ability to collect and analyze evidence and make decisions on the significance of observation made in accordance to relevant audit criteria. (i.e) their management system developed in accordance with ISO 9001 standard, ISO Internal auditor training develops competence for value added auditing to ensure the organization reaps the benefit of ISO 9001:2015 standard and to critically analyze whether organization’s goals are being achieved & improved continuously.

When Can I take an exam and what is the cut-off date to take the exam after attending the course?
You can write the final exam once you have attended the full course successfully delivered by your ATP. But you have to write exams within 30 days of training
How will I get my Exam link?
Will be provided on day 1 by TCB, user ID, and password, The user ID is your email address
What is the Type of Exam?
Objective type, Multichoice Questions open book exam.
Can I get Extra time?
Yes you can if you write exams in English if you are not a Native English speaker
§Additionally if you have any physical challenges you can get some reasonable adjustment of time that you have to indicate in TCB registration form
What if I get disconnected?
You will get 10 Chances to log in during the time of the exam
You will start from where you left. Answers automatically saved
Can I take a break during the exam?
Yes. But we recommend not taking a break even though you have 10 Mins. You can’t go back and revisit earlier answers if you take a break
Is the time lost due to interruption and repeated log-in?
No. You will not lose time due to interruptions. A maximum of 10 interruptions are possible. We commend you insure your gorgeous taboo connection good Internet speed and a quiet place for your exam
Can I use the Company email address?
Yes you can, But have to check organizational restrictions. We recommend you use your own PC, Laptop, Tab, etc., and your personal email ID.
Who will issue Certificates:
ATPs will issue certificates with results provided by CQI/IRCA.Your Certificate will have unique Learners No issued by CQI/IRCA or Traceability
How will I get my Certificate
Provided by TCB upon receiving Exam results from CQI/IRCA which is typically 10 business days. TC shall issue the certificates within a further 1 Week. So you will get your certificate within 3 weeks latest from TCB. You will receive an electronic copy within 3 week. Hard copies Can be collected from the TCB office or couriered at Actual cost, Typically US$ 30
Is there any fees for Test and Retests?
Yes. CQI/IRCA Charges a Course Levy fee which will be part of TCB fees. You pay. For retesting, extra fees of GBP 20 Plus GBP 25 as service charges and international Bank Transfer Charges
How soon I can take a retest
Any time within 1 year. Only one retest is allowed!
What is the validity of the Certificate:
It remains valid lifelong. if you wish to take auditor registration with CQI/IRCA, the certificate shall be valid for 5 years from the date of the examination
Can I take a paper-based exam after Nov 7 , 2022?
No - you have to take an online exam only. However if you started your training before 7 Nov2022, you can use Paper based questions. Also retesting will be paper-based
How does CQI/IRCA monitor exams?
There no online Live proctor. CQI/IRCA developed a robust system to conduct Artificial Intelligence powered CBT. The system can detect Plagiarism, Impersonation, and Collusion. The entire record of the examination is maintained by CQI/IRCA . Serious penalties are enforced. The delegates found involved in any malpractices may be barred temporarily or permanently at the discretion of CQI/IRCA
What all gadgets Can I use?
You can use a PC, Laptop, or Tab. No mobile phones are allowed. No camera. You can not take screenshots and /or take any picture using an external camera

One of the advantages is that your organizational Logo will appear in the certificates issued to the learners by TCB as the Affiliated Training Partner delivering the training.

In this arrangement you will pay a course levy fees to TCB which includes Examination fee per candidates.

This arrangement is applicable only for in person Class either in classroom, Client’s premises and hotel as applicable. Virtual Training cannot be provided by the affiliated Training partners.
