Learning process:

You can learn in your own way of learning preference which may include structure training from a training provider, learning by working together with your colleagues, self learning at self pace.

By accepting to write the exam you confirm that you have spent recommended hours of time to gain the knowledge and skill based component covered under the course content for which we certify your demonstrated competence. You may attend a training from TCB or its affiliate or from other organization. Learning and attending a course from TCB is not mandatory for this certification in accordance with the requirement of ISO 17024 the international standard for certification of Persons. Certification scheme and learning needs has been identified in accordance with ISO 17024 and ANSI/IACET 1:2018 by TCB

Registration and communication process:

Upon confirmation of your registration and receipt of payment , you will receive an examination link from TCB training service administrator by email. The link will remain open for certain period of time as advised in email communication. You have to write the exam within the defined timeline.

Invigilation process

An invigilator would invigilate the entire duration of your exam on a virtually live online proctoring platform using MS Team/Zoom . You have to present your government issued identity proof such as driving license or a passport or a voter ID etc. You will have to be in a calm and quite place and keep your webcam as well as microphone “on” at all time with No break during the Exam other than any emergencies

You will not be allowed to refer any online resources except certain permitted resources e,g an ISO 9001 standard. You cannot use your mobile phone or use smart watches during the exam.

Examination process

You have to write your name the way you want in your certificate, and your email address where your certificate will be transmitted .You will use the password provided for gaining access to the online test

We use a state of art software, Classmarker for the Computer Based test or our own LMS Masterstudy. You cannot copy content from this software neither paste content copied from any other documents. You have to type the answer or select multiple choice or single choice questions.

You can revise and move back and forth and improve or change your answers options. You can bookmark question/s to come back later. You have to answer a question before you can proceed to the next question. if in doubt, you may please put a “?” mark, select any best possible options, book mark and then move to the next question to come back again.

Once you complete the answers , you will be promoted to submit the answers. Just in case you run out of time before you could complete all your answers , upon the expiry of the examination duration, all the answers will be automatically saved and submitted.

Issuance of certification

Once you have scored minimum pass mark indicated in your certification criteria , you will receive a copy of your electronic certificate instantly in your designated email.

One of the advantages is that your organizational Logo will appear in the certificates issued to the learners by TCB as the Affiliated Training Partner delivering the training.

In this arrangement you will pay a course levy fees to TCB which includes Examination fee per candidates.

This arrangement is applicable only for in person Class either in classroom, Client’s premises and hotel as applicable. Virtual Training cannot be provided by the affiliated Training partners.
