Minimum score to pass: 50% average and in all 5 sections/Modules.
Registration and communication process:
Within 1 years of your first test , you have to write the resit exam. Upon confirmation of your registration and payment to TCB . TCB shall upload your resit request in CQI/IRCA Portal on your behalf , you will receive an examination link directly from CQI/IRCA . The link will remain open for certain period of time as advised in email communication. You have to write the exam within the defined timeline.
Invigilation process
IRCA has stringent system driven invigilation process for the entire duration of your exam on a virtually . You have to present your government issued identity proof such as driving license or a passport or a voter ID etc. You will have to be in a calm and quite place and keep your webcam as well as microphone “on” at all time with No break should be taken during the Exam other than any emergencies even though you are allowed to take refreshment and emergency breaks
You will not be allowed to refer any online resources except certain permitted resources e,g an ISO 9001 standard. You cannot use your mobile phone or use smart watches during the exam.
Examination Process
You have to write your name the way you want in your certificate, You will use the password provided for gaining access to the online test
You can not revise and move back to earlier questions to improve or change your answers options. therefore manage time well. If in doubt, you may please select the best possible options and then move to the next question
Once you complete the answers , you will be prompted to submit the answers. Just in case you run out of time before you could complete all your answers , upon the expiry of the examination duration, all the answers will be automatically saved and submitted.
English Speaking Learners shall be entitled for 1 Hour 45 Minutes time to write the exam. Non English Native speakers writing the exam in English shall be entitled for 30 minutes extra time upon prior approval by CQI/IRCA requested by TCB on behalf of the leaners while registering for the exam
A Bilingual Dictionary, Standards, Notes Taken during the course is allowed for reference Mobile Phones, Access to online resources prohibited. Your computer screen will be shared and the entire duration of the exam will be recorded for Quality Assurance Purpose
Issuance of Certification
You will receive your results and certificate within 15 days of writing the exam from TCB .
