The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to plan ,conduct, report and perform audit follow-up internal audit as mandatory part of an Artificial Intelligence ManagementsystembasedonISO42001:2023(or equivalent),and report on effective implementation andmaintenanceofthemanagementsystemInaccordancewfthISO19011.IMPORTANT NOTE: ISO 42001:2023, world's first Al management system standard released In Dec 2023, is a management system standard; it's not a Technical Specification; it does NOT address specific technicalities related to various A.I. solutions, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Architecture, Data Quali , Algorithms, Speech Recognition, Programming, Big Data etc., hence the Training rovers the ’Management system aspects’ OhlLV, not the technicalities.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLO):

1.  Explain the process-based Artificial Intelligence management system model for ISO 42001:2023, and the role of an internal auditor In the maintenance and improvement of Artificial Intelligence management systems

2. Explain the role and responsibilities of an internal auditor to plan, conduct, report and follow-up internal audit/s in Artificial Intelligence Management system, in accordance with ISO 19011

Acquire hands-on skills to Plan, conduct, report and follow-up internal audit as part of an Artificial Intelligence management system based on ISO 42001:2023, and in accordance with ISO 19011

Learning l'•1ethodofogy:

Combinationoflectures,discussions,exercises,andcollectivelearningwillbeused.Activelearning will focus on a model case study and scenarios related to the application of AIMS internal audit. Throughoutthecourse,delegateswillbeengagedinseveralIndividualandgroupexercisesthatare assessed through continuous delegate evaluation. Finally, a detailed written examination attend of the course will be taken up by the delegates. Delegates must pass both continuous evaluation and finalassessmentwith7596scoretoreceive the certificate of successful completion/achievement.
