The CQI/IRCA Registered ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor Course is respected worldwide as the highest professional Certification for auditors.

CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor Course has been developed by TCB as per CQI/IRCA Criteria and approved by CQI/IRCA for the first time in 2011. Since then, several improvements in the course material and delivery process were made to support the learners   and to create some of the finest auditors in QMS Worldwide 

CQI/IRCA Requirement for Prior Knowledge

This course is designed for delegates who have prior knowledge of quality management principles and concepts, and the requirements of ISO 9001. Learning objective and enabling objective require delegates to apply and extend this prior knowledge in the context of performing a management system audit.

CQI and IRCA will accept training courses that include some coverage of the specific quality management-related clauses of ISO 45001, sufficient to enable delegates to refresh their prior knowledge. CQI and IRCA will not accept training courses designed to impart this knowledge. CQI and IRCA will not accept a clause-by-clause analysis of ISO 45001 in certified courses.

Please note that course examination questions could relate to any requirement of ISO 45001 and the expected prior knowledge.

CQI IRCA requires demonstrated Prior Learning as eligibility to join this professional level course in the following areas:

Management systems

• The Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle

• The core elements of a management system and the interrelationship between top management responsibility, policy, objectives, planning, implementation, measurement, review and continuous improvement.

a) OH&S Management

• The relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction.

b) ISO 45001:2018

Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 45001 and the commonly used OH&S management terms and definitions, gained by completing an CQI and IRCA Certified ISO 45001:2018 Foundation Training or equivalent.
