CQI/IRCA Starts Conducting Examination Online for Lead Auditor Courses

Lead Auditor Exams Conducted by CQI-IRCA

With Effect from Oct 2022,  CQI/IRCA has taken over Control of Lead Auditor Examination  once the training completed by the Approved Training Partners. Once the training is completed by the approved training partner (ATP) e.g. TCB  which includes a successful continuous evaluation and full time attendance of the course , the approved training partner will upload the learners’ data in the CQI/IRCA portal which includes their names, email , training that they have attended and the dates of the training a, the country from where they attended the training. The learners will receive any mail from secure / IRCA with the link for the practice exam as well as the final exam along with a unique learner number (ULN) 

Learners now will get the access to practice examination for next 30 days -can write as many as 99 Times .Within 30 days the learners must write the final exam. Please be careful about the practice exam and final exam link. Please refer to our YouTube channel, CQI/IRCA examination guide by TCB, will receive useful information 

CQI/IRCA publishes the result within 10 business days, results are sent to the ATPs e.g TCB for TCB trained personnel, with in further 5 business days TCB  transmits the electronic copy of the certificates to the individual learners or to their approved training affiliates for distribution to the learners 

Please note that the training duration is 1 hr 45 minutes . Non-native English writing exam in English will be entitled for 30 minutes extra time.There is father reasonable adjustment for any situations  or reasons that limits the learner’s ability to write in a normal pace which is subject to advance approval by CQI/IRCA 

Please ensure that you are in a calm and quiet place free of any noise or disturbance. Please make sure no one comes close to you during the examination. We recommend you keep a glass of water to refresh yourself. In case of any difficulties, you can immediately write to CQI/IRCA at training@quality.org for help with copy to tsa@tr-cbl.com.

You will need a good internet connectivity webcam and speaker always active during the exam. It’s an open-book exam and you can refer to all notes taken and during the course and the standards. However you cannot access any online information available in public domain and cannot use mobile phone or any other electronic device. You Will be required to present your photo identity,  a picture be taken when you are writing the final exam. Your computer screen will have to be shared and entire time of your writing exam will be recorded by online proctoring tool used by CQI/IRCA. 

There are 5 sections in this Computer Based test and all sections are mandatory. You have to complete one question before moving to the next and cannot come back the previous answers. so manage your time well. The pass mark is 50% in each section as well as average 50%. 

One important point to note is that you can take a break however you must answer the question before you take the break or else you cannot write that answer and lose precious this can adversely affect the speed and flow of your writing. We therefore recommend you not to take a break and right the exam in one go unless there is some emergencies. 

All questions are objective type, single choice, multiple choice .fill in the blanks and mix & match and automatically marked by a computer program

Become an Instructor

Become an Instructor:

Ideal for those capable professionals having outstanding subject knowledge and competence meeting TCB Criteria. and passion to train on behalf of can join us as an Approved Tutor. You will receive remuneration for the training where certification and administrations will be controlled by TCB. You will receive online access to TCB resources for training purpose.

You will be able to use TCB Logo as TCB Approved Tutor in your promotional materials including personal websites if you have one. You cannot advertise yourself to be approved by TCB’s Accreditation and Approval Authorities e.g IRCA.

You can deliver both Virtual as well as in-person classroom-based training.For each Training you will be provided with an assignment based on Course run request.

Ideal for those organizations with good market knowledge and ability to promote however does not have internal resources. e,g Competent tutor meeting TCB Criteria. You may join us as a marketing partner and share revenues while the training will be fully controlled by TCB.

You will be able to use TCB Logo as TCB Affiliated Partner in your promotional materials including websites. You cannot advertise your organization to be approved by TCB Accreditation and approval Autthorities. You can promote both Virtual as well as in person classroom-based training.

Quality Pledge:

1. We pledge to organize training with Zero tolerance to compromises fully in conformity to TCB Procedure and requirements developed as per the criteria set by its accreditation bodies
2.. We will endeavour to enhance the name and reputation of TCB and Its accreditation bodies.
3. We will fully cooperate with TCB in any investigation process just in case there is any compliant or appeal

Be a Training Partner

Become a Training Partner:

Ideal for those organizations with good market knowledge and ability to promote training with capable internal resources. e,g Competent tutor/s meeting TCB Criteria to deliver training in your approved jurisdiction . You may join us as an Affiliated Training Partner while the training will be promoted and conducted by you while certification and course administration shall be controlled by TCB.

You will be able to use TCB Logo as TCB Affiliated Training Partner in your promotional materials including websites. You cannot advertise your organization to be approved by TCB’s Accreditation and Approval Autthorities

One of the advantages is that your organizational Logo will appear in the certificates issued to the learners by TCB as the Affiliated Training Partner delivering the training.

In this arrangement you will pay a course levy fees to TCB which includes Examination fee per candidates.

This arrangement is applicable only for in person Class either in classroom, Client’s premises and hotel as applicable. Virtual Training cannot be provided by the affiliated Training partners.
