Management system Auditing is a crucial “Health Check Process” for the organization; therefore, the auditors need to be well-trained as “Doctors” not only develop skill on the Audit techniques but also to develop a thorough understanding of the principles, contents, and intent of the standard for a value-added audit which is basically the “anatomical knowledge” Part of the whole process. In TCB, we endeavour to develop this kind of exceptionally Qualified persons to audit one of the most important management system standards that will have a potential for big disruption as well as constructive impact on the organization and society.

This 40-hour course can be delivered as a five-day or customized with a longer number of days with shorter duration, in-person or Virtually Live Instructor Led course.

This training content will be delivered via Zoom Platform as a virtual classroom by TCB tutors. This will provide the delegate with the flexibility of attending it from the convenience of their homes or office, without traveling to the physical Training facility.

A quiet workstation with stable internet connectivity, a Laptop/ Desktop or a tablet, a speaker, and a microphone are all that is needed. 

Learning Objectives:

The objective is to develop competent AIMS auditors to lead First Party, Second Party, and Third-Party audits with the ability to plan, implement, report, and follow up an Audit of  Artificial Intelligence Management system as per ISO/IEC 42001:2023 In accordance with ISO 19011: 2018, ISO 17021-1: 2015 and ISO/IEC 42006:2025 as appropriate.

Explain the purpose and business benefits of:

  • Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS), AIMS standards ISO/IEC 42001:2023
  • Knowledge to Plan. Perform, Report and Follow-up Management system audit an AIMS audit in accordance with ISO 19011 (and ISO 17021 where appropriate).

Develop demonstrated skills to:

Plan, conduct, report, and follow up an audit of an AIMS to establish conformity (or otherwise) with ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 19011 (and ISO 17021 where appropriate)

 

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for those wishing to lead audits of AIMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001:2023, and persons wishing to learn about effective audit practices. Existing Quality professionals, information security auditors who wish to expand their auditing skills in ISO/IEC 42001:2023 AIMS auditing.

Learning Process

Prior learning

The learner’s joining  the Lead Auditor course Should have an understanding of PDCA model, Knowledge of IAMS terms and definitions and  an understanding of the requirement and interpretation of ISO/IEC 42001:2023 standard.

This knowledge can be gained by attending an Eight hours  AIMS Foundation course delivered by TCB delivered in-person or virtually live

Evaluation, Examination and Certification

Learners are evaluated throughout the programme based on their attendance, participation, and contribution to the programme.

At the end of the course, an examination will be conducted online via an e-assessment platform using “ClassMarker” with an in-built TCB Delegates Proctoring system. Your camera and microphone shall remain “ON” at all times during the course and the examination. The on-screen activity during the examination will be recorded for the entire duration of the examination.

This is an open-book examination where the learners can refer to the notes taken during the course as well as the standard. The exam duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes. The exam questions shall be of Objective Type, single choice, multiple choice, subjective Essay type Questions, Mix and match, True or false, as well as fill-in-the-blanks. The pass mark is 50%.

The learners can go back and forth and correct or improve the answers previously provided; however, they should not take a break during the Exam unless there is an emergency. There is no extra time provided for such breaks. 

The certificates of  successful learners shall be transmitted to the designated Email address instantly upon Completion of examination.

Deliverables.

Unshareable PDF documents e.g, PPTs, Case studies, and training copies of ISO standards will be provided. The standards and other documents are non-sharable and copyrighted and issued only for learning purposes by TCB Delegates

On completion, you’ll be awarded an internationally recognized certificate with IACET CEU 4.0 as per ANSI/IACET 1:2018 standard, a global Gold standard for Continued Education and Training.

Course requirements

Degree or Near Degree with minimum 4 years  experience with Exposure to Artificial Intelligence is recommended.  There is no need for the participants to have knowedge of Computer Programming or Coding Experince. A good command in English is necessary.
