CQI/IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training equips the professional with the knowledge & skills required to develop and conduct a quality management system audit against the ISO 9001:2015 standard in accordance with ISO 19011:2018.

The Delivery method of course is in Application for Approval by CQI/IRCA.

Stage 1 : Self learning (Using TCB LMS)

In this stage you will develop Knowledge based Part of the learning objective for CQI/IRCA certification and is equivalent to 16 Hours .Self study part can be completed at self pace however must be completed within 90 days from joining the course. You will receive access to TCB LMS . The mandatory part of the sessions shall be completed .You will have to write the quiz questions and get a certificate of completion of self-learning . This is essential for joining Stage 2.

During this stage you will receive Tutors support latest within 24 Hours to ensure your learning progresses smoothly.

You will receive a Certificate of completion of self study once you write the Final Quiz Self Learning

State 2: Tutor Guided Session-In-person/Virtually Live

in this stage you will apply the Knowledge gained in stage 1 by participating in Tutor moderated workshops and case studies, individual task, group task, role plays , working as a team member and leading simulated audits in the role of a team leader to develop skills of auditing and achieve the learning obsejective specified by CQI/IRCA

Collectively the whole standard will be completed to be able to write the examination for CQI/IRCA certification

This stage is equivalent to 24 Hours , and can be complex either in person or Virtually Live . Full-time presence is mandatory at this stage. This stage shall be completed within 90 days from the completion of stage 1

This is essential for writing CQI/IRCA final examination for the purpose of certification.

Stage 3: Examination by CQI/IRCA and certificate issued by TCB

Upon completion of both Stage 1 and Stage 2, TCB shall upload learners' data in the CQI/IRCA Portal. Each learner shall receive a Practice Exam link and a Final Exam Link. Using the practice exam link, the learners can familiarize themselves with the question type and pattern, and write the practice exam as many as 99 times within 30 days.

Within 30 days of completion of Stage 2, the learners shall write the CQI/IRCA Final Certification Exam .

Within 10 days of writing the examination CQI/IRCA Publishes the exam results and within further 4 Business days, TCB issues the Digital Certificates to the learners electronically.
